Zuno trackers are designed for long-lasting performance. The Zuno Card and Zuno Key typically last 6-8 months, while the Zuno Pro can last up to 12 months on a single CR2032 battery. You'll receive low battery notifications in the app before replacement is needed.

If someone finds your lost item with a Zuno tracker, they can scan the QR code on the tracker to contact you anonymously through our secure system. You'll receive a notification and can arrange to get your item back safely.

Zuno trackers use standard CR2032 batteries that are widely available. To replace: 1) Open the battery compartment (usually slides or twists off), 2) Remove the old battery, 3) Insert the new battery with the positive side facing up, 4) Close the compartment. Your tracker will automatically reconnect.
